Weyebacher
Weyebacher Brewing has been a brewery I've been interested in but I know they do a bunch of flavors. I decided to reach out.
They have brewed an oyster stout in the past and they said they "don't often" brew it, but that doesn't mean they wont do it again. The bigger issue is that they do contract brewing for several other breweries in their area.
As such, they are not recommended by the Star K.
